This week, we’re introducing a way to set up your AI Agent with easy-to-use template presets.

We’re currently testing out two different templates. The first one tailors your AI Agent predominantly for customer support, priming it to efficiently answer all those pressing customer queries. On the other hand, the second template is designed for an AI Agent that not only answers questions but is also adept at booking meetings with clients. If you’re someone who frequently schedules meetings, this one’s for you! Opting for the meeting-booking agent prompts users to link their Google Calendar, facilitating the creation of events that the AI can then use for bookings.

In essence, these new templates are aimed at reducing potential hiccups and ensuring that the onboarding process is as smooth as possible. We truly hope this revamped approach enhances your experience with us!

Some time ago we sent out a “Product Improvement Form” to our clients to better understand how we can help them make ResolveAI integrate smoothly with their current help desk flow. As a result, we are working on making it easier to create and submit new tickets to customer support help desks like HelpScout or Zendesk.

2. Improve Onboarding experience
We are constantly striving to improve our clients’ experience with our product. One of the key pieces of feedback we have received is that newly signed up clients can feel lost without proper guidance. While we currently provide step-by-step instructions in our blog, we recognize the need for a more intuitive and personalized approach.

We are excited to announce that we are currently working on an onboarding UI that will guide users through the creation of their first chatbot in a seamless and user-friendly manner. Our goal is to provide our users with a more intuitive and personalized experience, allowing them to get the most out of our product from the very beginning.

We are excited to announce our latest product update. Our team has been working hard to bring you the best possible experience. Here are the latest improvements.

📊 Dashboard

First of all, we have introduced a new polished dashboard. This dashboard includes:

Number of active chats

How many chats were initiated with the chatbot

Total messages

Includes both bot and visitor messages

Answer Rate

Percentage of answers from the chatbot. It is a good indicator that some parts of the documentation can be improved.

Breakdown of active chats per day

This is pretty straightforward. Just a beautiful chart that shows how busy the chatbot was.

Recent conversations

At the bottom of the dashboard page we included Recent conversations. You can click any to get right into conversation.

All information is presented for a given period of time.

⌨️ Typing indicator

This is pretty self explanatory and yeah we didn’t have it before. What seems like such a small feature. Yet brings different feeling when interacting with chatbot. Like there is actually someone on the other side writing something. But you and I know this is not true 😅

📝 Improvements around Documentation

As an increasing number of clients have requested the ability to sort and group their documentation, this feature has become crucial for us. With the use of tags, documents can now be easily grouped and filtered, making it simple to manage large quantities of files.
