It’s been a while since our latest update. In the past few months there were some major changes and we’re very excited to share them with you.

Company updates

We’ve been working very hard in the past few months to bring you these news regarding ResolveAI company and its future:

ResolveAI ownership change

ResolveAI was recently acquired by OnClick Solutions ltd, an Israeli based technology company. OnClick Solutions ltd had been offering innovative SaaS products for over 20 years now and was one of the pioneers in the live chat software sphere. ResolveAI is joining the company’s reputation management product – Repuso and will benefit with the company’s experience & resources with the goal of making ResolveAI the goto chatbot product for SMBs.
We at OnClick Solutions ltd would like to thank Rem Kim, the founder, for his great work building ResolveAI and for his help with the transition of the business. Thank you Rem and good luck with future ventures!
We believe that ResolveAI is in good hands and this change will do good both to the product and clients. We will continue the development of the product while listening to feedback.

New branding

We started off our new journey with a new logo for ResolveAI, which set the tone for a complete re-brand:

New website

Our new website is live! It was completely redesigned, built from scratch, hopefully you like it 🙂

New tutorials section

We felt there was missing a centralized place for documentation and tutorials. We create a dedicated “Help Desk” section that’ll include help informational guides, instructions, FAQs and more to make things easier for the clients. We’ll be adding more guides and tutorials in the future.

Product updates

Alongside with the new website, we’ve been working on a few improvements for the product as well, which were released:

UI & performance updates

UI & performance updates released include:

Base dashboard UI was fine tuned to be simpler, sharper & slicker
New “Training Center” section to replace the “Documents” and “Tools” sections.
“Tools” section moved into the “Training Center” section as “API Tools” top tab.
Previous page load delays eliminated which results in a speedier experience.
“Chatbots” section: the chatbots now appear in creation order rather than random order.
Bug fix: website pages won’t fetch when training a new source

Better onboarding

Onboarding process is now more minimalist, faster to go through.

Features

Product features related changes and updates that were released:

Tools can now include chat id, user information and chat transcript in the POST data.
User information such as browser, location, IP address & device are now automatically collected for each chat.
Chatbot notifications – added an “Email only unresolved requests” option.
Usage of own OpenAI key now available that’ll remove the limit of AI messages and training characters (option available in new plan only).
2 new ways added to the Chatbot publish options: embed chat & WordPress plugin integration.
Carbon.io integration was removed as it wasn’t natively integrated to the product. It’ll be considered again in the future.
“Subscription” section: easier subscription management now available.

New WordPress plugin

A brand new WordPress plugin was released to the WordPress plugin directory. It’ll allow WordPress users to easily integrated the Chatbots on their website. A link to the plugin and a guide can be found in the new WordPress integration tutotial.

New pricing plans

We aim to be an affordable service that grows with the needs of the clients. A new set of pricing plans are introduced. The base price for each plan is low (one of the lowest in the market as far as we know) and each plan support add-ons (additional chatbots, remove branding). There’s a 10 day trial period for all plans without a need for a credit card.

1. Improve Onboarding experience
We are constantly striving to improve our clients’ experience with our product. One of the key pieces of feedback we have received is that newly signed up clients can feel lost without proper guidance. While we currently provide step-by-step instructions in our blog, we recognize the need for a more intuitive and personalized approach.

We are excited to announce that we are currently working on an onboarding UI that will guide users through the creation of their first chatbot in a seamless and user-friendly manner. Our goal is to provide our users with a more intuitive and personalized experience, allowing them to get the most out of our product from the very beginning.

2. Refine landing page
Our landing page needs some love we are working on an updated version with more use case examples and a better crisp look!

3. Chatbot language
While ChatGPT can talk multiple languages, our clients ask to be able to lock a specific language for chatbot to communicate with. This becomes a common theme among our clients and we will soon fulfill their request with an ability to select Chatbot language feature.

4. API access
Many clients reached out asking for API access to better integrate with their existing workflow using Zapier or Make. We listen to everyone and as a result putting this on a roadmap!

🧐 + 📝 Collect user info

We are excited to announce a new update to our chatbot that provides our clients with the ability to collect visitor information before initiating a chat. This update will allow us to reach out to users who asked questions but left before receiving an answer, providing a better experience for our users. Initially, we will be collecting the visitor’s name and email, which should be sufficient for follow-up purposes. However, we are continuously exploring the ability to collect more information to enhance our user experience.

We have also updated chat conversation box to include user information in it.

🌐 + 📥 + 💻 Website import

We are pleased to announce an enhancement to our documentation import feature, which now allows users to split each website route into a separate document instead of storing everything in a single document. This will provide our users with a more efficient and organized way to manage their imported documentation.

In addition, we have made improvements to our handling of bad URLs. Our system will now skip URLs that lead nowhere or return something other than a web page, ensuring that only valid and relevant content is imported into our users’ documentation.

We are committed to continuously improving our product and delivering the best experience possible for our users.

Improved chatbot input formatting and hyperlink highlighting

Chatbot output formatting

We’ve received feedback from our clients regarding the formatting of our chatbot’s input. As a result, we’ve made some adjustments to the model to ensure that text output is properly formatted in accordance with the documentation, and that all hyperlinks are correctly highlighted.

Tags saving

We’ve fixed an issue thanks to feedback from our client that was preventing the saving of tags for documents. As a result, everyone should now be able to create and assign tags. Furthermore, any tags that are newly created will be automatically assigned to the document they are created on.

🏗 Work in Progress

This is a new section and here we will be sharing features that we are working on.

1. Conversation summary
Reading long conversation transcripts can be a cumbersome process. To make it easier for you to dive into a conversation, we are working on providing a short summary of the conversation. This allows you to quickly understand the issues that the client is having, without having to read through the entire transcript.

2. Visitor identification
ResolveAI chatbot sessions persist even when a user closes and reopens tabs. However, we currently do not associate a person’s email or name with their session. To address this, we are working on a visitor identification screen. This screen will require visitors to enter their email and name before starting a conversation with the chatbot.
