🏗 Work in Progress
- Visitor identification
ResolveAI chatbot sessions persist even when a user closes and reopens tabs. However, we currently do not associate a person’s email or name with their session. To address this, we are working on a visitor identification screen. This screen will require visitors to enter their email and name before starting a conversation with the chatbot. Not only will this improve chatbot personalization, but it will also help businesses capture more leads from their website visitors. - Help desk integrations
3 weeks ago, we sent out a “Product Improvement Form” to our clients to better understand how we can help them make ResolveAI integrate smoothly with their current help desk flow. As a result, we are working on making it easier to create and submit new tickets to customer support help desks like HelpScout or Zendesk.
