Introducing the new feature that sends a summary of conversations directly to your inbox (if you have chat transcript notifications enabled). Not only will this report give you a comprehensive view of the chat, but it will also highlight unresolved questions. This added insight will empower you to identify the gaps in our AI’s knowledge base, enabling you to enhance your documentation for a smoother user experience. You can also generate summary and see unresolved requests in admin dashboard by clicking “Generate summary” in chat conversation. Your feedback propels us forward, and we’re excited to continue evolving alongside our dedicated users!
