While the journey took a tad longer than we initially anticipated, the outcome is absolutely worth the wait. We’ve initiated this transformation by focusing on the most crucial component: the admin chats view.
No more scrambling to find a desktop when you receive a ping for assistance. With this update, whenever you’re alerted, you can swiftly jump into the chat directly from your mobile device. Addressing and “resolving” client issues has never been this seamless!
